Evaluation Toolkit

Ecorys have developed an Evaluation Toolkit for project managers. This evaluation toolkit has been designed for project managers, staff and volunteers at projects funded by the Big Lottery Fund’s Reaching Communities programmes in England and Northern Ireland. It will help you understand how to evaluate your project and how this will contribute to the overall evaluation of the programmes that Ecorys is doing.  Below there are loads of examples of useful tools you could use in your own self-evaluations.
